Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 16, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Budnik Agency Marketing Tools accesses, uses, stores and shares Google user data when an authorized user connects Google services through OAuth 2.0.
Google data we access
Depending on the permissions granted, the application may access Google Ads account and campaign data, Google Analytics 4 reporting and administration data, Google Tag Manager accounts, containers and configuration, Google Merchant Center account and product data, and basic Google account identity information needed to identify the authorized user.
How we use Google data
Google user data is used only to provide requested reporting, auditing, analytics, tracking configuration, advertising administration and Merchant Center administration functions for accounts the authorized user is permitted to access.
We do not use Google user data for unrelated advertising, profiling, sale, or data-broker activities.
Storage and security
OAuth credentials and necessary operational data may be stored on private infrastructure controlled by Budnik Agency. Access is restricted to authorized operation of the integration. Access tokens are refreshed through Google's OAuth infrastructure as required.
Sharing and processing
Google user data is not sold. Data may be processed by infrastructure or automation services selected by the authorized operator only when necessary to perform the function requested by that operator, or when disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect the service.
Retention and deletion
Credentials and operational data are retained only while needed for the authorized integration. Users may revoke access at any time from their Google Account security settings. Stored credentials and related integration data can be removed when the integration is no longer required.
Limited use
Use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
